NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) – 24/7 Care
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) initiatives are designed to assist participants in achieving optimal independence. We offer a variety of housing options in Caversham, ensuring that clients are matched based on factors such as age, gender preferences, personality, and other relevant considerations.
Throughout the process, clients exercise significant choice and control, selecting their living arrangements, housemates, and support staff. Our SIL homes provide individualized support with a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio, depending on the needs of the client, and all residences offer 24-hour assistance.
We suggest and encourage participation in community activities that align with our clients’ interests, aiming to enhance their skills and support their goals.
