The services we provide under Supported Independent Living (SIL) are purposefully structured to promote the highest level of independence for participants. We offer an array of housing options in Burswood, ensuring clients are matched according to age, gender preferences, personality, and other individual factors.
Our clients retain significant agency throughout the process, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their living arrangements, cohabitants, and support staff. The SIL residences are staffed at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio, depending on the specific requirements of each client, with all homes offering continuous, 24-hour support.
