NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) – 24/7 Care
Our services for Supported Independent Living (SIL) are designed to help participants live as independently as possible. We have several houses in Perth from which our clients can choose, and we will match them based on age, gender preferences, personality, and other factors.
Throughout the process, our clients have choice and control, allowing them to choose where they want to live, who they want to live with, and who will support them. Our SIL houses have a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio depending on the needs of each client. Our SIL houses all offer 24-hour assistance.
We suggest activities that all of our clients might enjoy, and we encourage them to get involved in community activities, improve their skills, and achieve their goals.
Our Support Services
Our support workers are all thoroughly screened, and we provide best practise NDIS SIL in Perth. We love what we do and are dedicated to ensuring that everyone in the community has a good quality of life. Our SIL NDIS services include:
- Personal care (e.g. toileting, showering, grooming, getting ready in the morning)
- 24-hour support for people with high care needs
- Transfers in and out of bed
- Assistance with medication management
- Learning daily living skills
- Help with tasks like laundry and grocery shopping
- Developing social skills

Smiles Care Service provides people with disabilities with all of the assistance they require to live in their own homes. This is known as Supported Independent Living and is funded by the NDIS (SIL). It ensures that your daily support needs are met while also teaching you valuable skills that will allow you to be as independent as possible.
Our local teams of disability professionals provide tailored support to your specific needs. We’re here for you every step of the way, whether you need help getting out of bed in the morning, supervision throughout the day, help with household budgeting, or want to learn how to do your own laundry.
